Original allocation 2022; initial contract sum K596,142.80 (Atwin Construction and General Dealers Limited); 2025 CDF top-up K349,035.70. The minutes report the contract signed and advance paid, roofing installed and window and door fittings being installed. This project appeared on the council's Non-Approved list for 2024 before being approved for completion under 2025.
