Chipili Town Council reports the construction 'is progressing well', funded under the 2024 CDF at 'an approximate cost of K980,000' (the council's own qualifier). A June 2025 news report of a provincial handover lists this block among commissioned projects; that completion claim rests on news only and is not published.
